The Waitukubuli National trail proposed route has been carefully mapped out to showcase the island's natural beauty and heritage. The purpose route is a 115- mile (185 km) long distance hiking trail that would traverse the entire length of the island of Dominica. The trail is divided into 14 segments, each showcasing different landscape, including lush rainforest, rugged mountain, volcanic crates and coastal cliffs.
