Wimpol Limited was commissioned by Betlin and Partner (Consulting Engineers and Planners), to undertake a land and hydrographic survey in Roseau, Dominica. The survey formed part of an appraisal and design study on proposed sea defences, jetties and related infrastructure. Conducted between April 16 and May 1, 1989, the survey aimed to provide essential data to guide future development. This report presents the findings and includes daily progress records of the survey activities.
