The paper is the third of a trilogy on CARICOM agriculture institutions. It draws attention to the use of the university resources to address the further education concerns of the non-campus countries. It refers to the multiplicity of agencies whose terms of reference include research in agriculture. The paper is concerned with increasing the knowledge available for that purpose, and suggests that agriculture and tourism should be more closely linked. Provides a framework for the establishment of tertiary institution to serve the needs of agriculture in the non-campus countries.
