This report is a result of a study with the objectives of reviewing and determining opportunities for the improvement of operations of the Dominica Banana Growers Association (DBGA). Other objetives include definition of priorities and outline of a time phased program for improvement. The DBGA is currently in an operational and financial crisis. Changes in the areas of organization and management and in the boxing operations are critical to its recovery. Recommendations include a new organizational structure, centralized accounting operations and centralized processing of grower payments.
