This report provides information on the assessment of Dominica after the aftermath of the passage of hurricane Maria in September 2017. The Government of Dominica requested a Rapid Needs Assessment Team (RNAT) to undertake a rapid needs assessment report. The assessment process entailed an aerial reconnaissance, on the ground observations and brief discussion with residents and interviews with national officials. |
