N2  -   Draft Act deals with the control and management of taxes collected by customs. It is divided into thirteen parts each dealing with a specific part of the customs law, and includes, importation, exportation, powers, offences, administration, trade, duties populations and restriction. The main features of the Act which affect the public dealt with in the Draft Act itself.  Such matters as the power to search are dealt with in refulations. Each of the six schedules of the act contains technical matters not appropriate to the main part of the Act
