N2  - The objectives of the workshop were to examine planning and monitoring mechanisms used by organizations in Dominica concerned with women's development, and to develop a framework for gender planning, monitoring and evaluation.  Participants worked in groups to develop a framework for analyzing the impact of income-generating projects on women and analysis of main issues women face, strategic points of coverage and resources available to effect change
