A preliminary assessment of watershed management issues in the fair OECS countries of St. Kitts, Tortola, St. Vincent and Dominica for the period August 1 to September 15, 1997. The study clearly indicates that watershed management should be an integral part of land use planning. The issue of environmental impact assessment (CEIA) in the developmental planning process is addressed.
