In March 1973 the Development and Planning Corporation requested Shankland Cox Partnership to prepare a feasibility study for a temporary water supply scheme for the first stage of development at the Cabrits Resort area at Portsmouth, The study is an assessment of the practicability of providing such a temporary water supply at Cabrits Resort Portsmouth, to supply 300,000 US gallons of water per day.
