Presents themes, trends and issues to be addressed related to individual as citizen covering values, identity, differences, diversity, inequality and good citizen; society including democracy and governance, socio-economic issues and education systems and policy, content, delivery and evaluation of citizens education programmes. Concludes with an action agenda.
